リージョンはオールでＮＴＳＣ方式です(パッケージに記載あり)。
日本の普通のプレーヤーで再生出来ました。
収録時間は60分。スタジオ撮影(ＴＶの特番か何かのようです)。1984年。画質･音質はまあまあかと思います。
ミハイル･バリシニコフがＡＢＴのメンバーとトワイラ･サープの振付の3作品(the little ballet/Sinatra suite/push comes to shove)を踊ります。チャプターは各作品ごとなので大雑把です(イントロとクレジット入れて５コ)。
各作品の前に前振りがあって、ミーシャがしゃべってます(字幕は何語も無し)、その中の映像でワガノワ学校時代と思われる映像がちらっと映ったりしてお得な気分でした。
振付はミュージカルっぽい感じです。
セットがしょぼいのと衣装も地味めなのが残念です。

バリシニコフがクラッシック以外のダンスを披露してるんですよね、レーザーディスクは持ってましたがなかなかDVDが出なかったんです。自分はシナトラ時代の人間なんでどうやって踊るんだろうって半信半疑でしたが見事に期待に答えてくれました。本当に素晴らしいダンサーには派手な演出も衣装もいらないんですよ、バリシニコフのダンスに対する魂がここにある!
