マリオといえばいつも主役、ヒロインピーチ姫を助けにクッパを殪しに行くのが常套でしたが、
今回は逆にピーチ姫が浚われたマリオ・ルイージ・キノピオを助けにいくというお話です。
実は今までにも純・任天堂製品でなければピーチ姫が主役のゲームはありましたが、
純・任天堂製品ではこれが初です。

今回、「喜怒哀楽パワー」というものがキーポイントとなっています。
操作は基本的にタッチペンではなくボタンで行いますが、
「喜怒哀楽パワー」を発動させたいときは下画面のハートマークをタッチします。
ピーチが喜・怒・哀・楽４つの気分になり、燃えたり飛んだりと様々なアクションを起こします。

また、もう一つのキーポイントとして「カッサー」があります。
カッサーは言葉を話す傘で、今回のピーチの相棒です。
ステージに入っていない限りいつでも寄ることのできる店で能力を買ったりすることによって多くのアクションを起こしピーチを助けます。

ステージ数は４８（＋α）です。
１ステージには３人のキノピオがいて、それを助ける必要があります。
また、ヨッシーアイランドを彷彿とさせるゴールのコインチャンスや、
パズルのピースや音楽室（サウンドテスト）の楽譜を集める等のやり込み要素、
ミニゲーム・キャラクター図鑑といったお楽しみ要素もあります。

出てくる敵キャラクターも多種多様で、
とても懐かしいキャラクターも多数出てきます。

ゲーム全体のアクションのレベルはあまり高くありませんが、
だからこそまったりと楽しめます。

可愛くて、とても楽しいよいゲームです。

アクションゲームがやりたくてこのゲームを購入しました。
SF時代からマリオシリーズに登場している敵キャラが数多く登場していることにより、最初のプレイは楽しくゲームできました。
特に、２Ｄゲームの良さと、ＤＳのタッチペンを使ったゲームと両方の面白さを兼ね備えている点は評価できます。
そして、2週目になると新しくプレイできるステージやミニゲームが増えました。
しかし、これらをすべて攻略してしまうと、やりがいが無くなってしまいます。
まず良くないのは、2週目以降にコインを集める理由が無くなってしまうこと。
敵キャラの図鑑もすべて集めた成果を何らかの形で表してほしかった。
1度すべてクリアしてしまうと、再びやりたいと思うことが正直なく、物足りなさだけが残ります…。

内容的には、ピーチがマリオを助けに行くという、
今までと逆な展開が、おもしろかったです。
でも、クッパ城に行くためにキノピオ全員を助けるのが
ちょっときついな…と；
クリア後は、パズルや楽譜を集めれるので、
クリアしても飽きはしないと思います。
ただ、自分的にはもうちょっとおまけ要素がほしかったです。
ピーチ姫のドレスの色を変えれるとか…。
まぁ、図鑑とかもあるので、おまけ要素は結構
あるのかも知れないですね。私は、もっとほしかったです。
