BCAAにはいろんな効果があるとされていますが、
私は筋肉痛の抑制に効果があるように感じて服用しています。

タブレットの強みは携帯性と、それによる服用しやすさです。
遊びに行った先で「ヤバい筋肉痛になるカモ…」と思ったら、
持っていればすぐ服用できます。
顆粒だと水がないとダメだし、液状だと携帯しにくいですから。

日頃からアミノ酸を愛用していますが、特に運動の前後におすすめです。
筋肉痛の軽減に効果があります。プロテイン系と比較すると多少高価のような気もしますが
即効性（体への吸収の速さ）と食べ易さ(味も良い)でおすすめです。
水分無しで手軽に摂取できるのもいいです。

運動前にアミノ酸を摂取することで、体脂肪燃焼が促進されます。
また、疲労回復にもつながります。
一番の特長は手軽に摂取できることだと思います。
タブレットなので、いつでもどこでも手軽に摂取できます。
