このパウダーを使い始めて1ヶ月位経ちますが、
食事制限と運動でのダイエットをしているので
効果ははっきりとはわかりません。
ただ確かに比較的に運動時に汗をかくようになり、
スタミナも持続しているような感じがします。
一度使うと次も使おうかなとは思う商品です。

飲んで３０分程度からポカポカして、軽い運動でも汗をかきます。

ただ、新陳代謝をよくして云々な訳で、飲むだけで瘠せると思うと効果０です。


体力維持や運動不足の解決には最高ですが、夏場に飲むとコンビニに行くだけでもかなり汗だくになります。

「Wii Fit」と階段の上り下りをするだけで違います。
ダンベル運動などで筋肉を付けていくと更に効果が上がります。
食べる量を減らしてこれを飲んだだけでは効果はないようです。

なお検索した商品名に「ダイエット」が入ってないので、「ダイエット」でない商品のつもりで頼んだのですが、送られてきたのは「ダイエット」で、しかもパッケージは商品写真と違う物でした。
画像の「ダイエット」の文字を見落とした私も悪いのですが、違う物を送ってきたと言ってもなんの対策もしてくれないアマゾンさんにはがっかりです。
ご注文の際にはご注意を。
