ランナー仲間からAMINO VITALの事は以前から聞いていたのですが、値段が高い為、中々手を出す事ができませんでした。
しかし、秋に行われたた高低差300Mの巨峰マラソンに参加するにあたって、藁をもつかむ思いで購入。もちろん、アスリート用のPRO!!!大会は20キロのUPDOWNのコースだったのですが、前日に１パック。翌日ののレース中にもう１パックを10ｋ地点で使用。
半信半疑で後半10キロを走り始めたのですが、なんとなんと溢れんばかりのパワーが急に出てきました。
それからはこの商品に病み付きです。20キロ以上のレースに出る時はかならず中間地点で１パック使うようにしてます。
空腹感も満たしてくれるし、何しろラストの踏ん張りが利くようになります。粉上なので水無しでは飲めませんが、給水所で飲めば問題なし！

今年行くホノルルマラソンにも2PACK必ず使用予定！

ランナーのみなさんにはお勧めの商品です。

運動（ジム通い）後、疲れを翌日に残さず筋肉痛から身体を守ってくれます。中年以降の年代の方にとくにお勧め。

フルマラソンにチャレンジしたときにもアミノバイタルプロを飲みました。
一つ目は、帰りの電車内で。
二つ目は、夕食後に。
若干癖のある味ですが、疲労回復にかなり役立ちます。
数時間後には、効果を実感できます。
スポーツの疲れに、特に効果的ではないかと思います。
