まずステンレスサーバー保温なのに電源オートオフでないこと。水タンクが空になって５分後に自分でＯＦＦにして下さいと書いてある。とてもめんどくさいし消し忘れるとあぶない。サーバーの注ぎ口の水切れもいまいち。水タンクの形がわるくはめ難い。最悪なのはフィルターケース（扉）の上ふちに水蒸気が溜まって開けると水が垂れてしまう。１０年くらい使っていたフィリップスのステンレスサーバーのグリップが折れてしまって買い換えたのですが失敗でした。やはりコーヒー文化に関しては外国のものに一日の長があると感じた次第です。

以前フィリップスのコーヒーメーカーを使っていましたが、この機種と比べるととっても不味かった。　　コーヒーの命の香りがない。　5年くらい使っていましたが、壊れたので買い換えて正解でした。　　計量スプーンの3杯で12杯分作ることが出来たのでお得ではありました。　抽出温度が高温ですと苦みばかりが出ますが、85度の抽出温度が適温に成っているからなのでしょう。　　　コーヒー豆のお得を取るか、香りを楽しむかではないでしょうか？　　至らないところもあります。　　水を注ぎにくい。　　自動で電源オフにならない。　　でもそれは使い方の工夫でしょう。　　よりいっそうの改善を望みます。

買って2年に成りますが、この商品はいただけません。レビューを見て買えば良かったと後悔しています。
他の方も書いておられますが、電源が自動で切れない（これは、キッチンタイマーで対応していますので消し忘れはありませんが）。
一番困ったのは、水を入れるケースから水が漏れることで、メーカに連絡をして新しい物に変えてもらいましたが、またすぐに水漏れが始まりました。その後はケースを着けたまま水を入れて使用しています。一流メーカーなのに本当に残念です。｛ACJ-A080HU}
