第一弾ヨガベーシックを続けて4〜5ヶ月。最初は腿がプルプルしてかなりキツイと感じましたが、それも慣れてちょっと物足りなくなり、本やビデオで見たポーズを付け足してやっていた今日この頃。
待ち望んでいた第二弾パワーヨガ初級編！最初の30分は、あれ？パワーヨガってこんなもの？初級編だからかな？と思うくらい楽だったのですが、後半またしても腿がプルプル腕がプルプルでかなりキツクなってきました。ゆっくりなのでとってもやりやすく、また4〜5ヶ月続けることによって、これも物足りなくなっちゃったりするのかしらん？と楽しんで励んでます。
モデルさんも素敵ですし、第三段は何がくるのか本当に楽しみです♪

ゆっくりで、難しいポーズがないので続けられそうです。
しかも、ゆっくりな分けっこう効きます。太ももにきました。
バックが音楽ではなく水音なので気持ちがいいです。先生の声や解説もいいです。
ヨガだけではなく日常生活でもヨガ的なマインドは役に立つんだなと思いました。

パワーヨガ、初めてでしたが、結構お腹＆太ももにきます。普段運動不足の私は終了後に汗だくになります。だけど滝の音の流水音と綺麗なﾓﾃﾞﾙさんと優しい説明で80分のパワーヨガ終了後は、心も身体も爽快！です。飽きっぽい私だけど、長く続けられそうです。
