レビューを読んで、使いやすそうなので買ったのですが、思ったより大きい（長過ぎる。しゃもじの1.5〜1.7倍はあります）うえに手に馴染みにくく（持つ部分が太すぎる）、女性向きの道具ではないと感じました。

特に長さが長すぎるのは、家の調理台が高めの事も起因してか、むちゃくちゃ混ぜにくいです。

使い方としては、大量のカスタードクリーム、酢飯の合わせなど、量が多いか粘りの強いものを混ぜるときに多少力は発揮しますが、鍋や炊飯器にヘラのカーブが合いにくく、混ぜにくいです。

あと、管理も難しく、どんなに気を付けていても、湿気の多い季節は洗って乾燥させている間にすぐにカビが生えてきました。
使っている間に調味料が染みこんでしまうので、本当に完全に汚れを落とすこともできません。

今はほとんど使っていません。
以上の点から、大量調理用のヘラだなと感じました。

一見すると普通の竹べらですが、とてもよく考えられています。
少し長めで扱いやすく、丈夫です。
これで炒め物をしたり、酢飯を作ったりするとまったく疲れません。
皆さんもお試しあれ！！

たかが竹べらかと思っていました．
これは，買ってよかったです．
とにかく，混ぜやすいです．
汚れも落ちやすく，適度の重量感があります．
１００円ショップでもたくさん売っている竹べらですが，しっかりしたものは，使い心地が違います．
このようなキッチングッズは，一度買うと，意外と買い換える機会のないものですから，この程度の金額はかけてもよいと思います．
