Neu!関連のジャーマン・プログレッシヴ・ロックのプロジェクトだが、
プレ・エレクトロニカとハンマー・ビートの幸福な出会いによって生まれた、
ずば抜けて楽しさに満ちあふれた至福感に包まれるポップ・ミュージック。
透きとおった電子音が美しいミニマルなメロディーを紡ぎ、でこぼこした武骨なビートが耳を心地よく刺激する。
後にテクノの先駆けとして再評価されたことも納得の、純粋な享楽性に浸れる素晴らしいアルバム。
これでもう、カビの生えた輸入盤とはおさらばだね。

このアルバム以後は自制が無くなってとめどなく崩れていくクラウス･ディンガー（その崩れ方もまたいいが）の生まれ付いてのヒッピー魂とノイ！のテクノロジーが最高のバランスで結びついて、ポップ感覚で仕上げした最高傑作。曲は非常に聴きやすくて、普通のポップスとしても十分に聞くに堪える内容。ちなみに誰も言わないが、実は歌詞がいい。ディンガーのヒッピー魂大爆発！でイタリア語、ドイツ語、英語、フランス語をちゃんぽんにして「万歳、万歳、僕らの地球」、「未来に向かって僕たちと踊ろう」、「君のレーザーの瞳にパラダイスは映るかい」などと歌っている。

ノイからラ・デュッセルドルフへは、ドイツから世界へ、や。あまり知られてへんけどな、この作品は信じられないくらいの影響力の強い作品だと思うで。このアルバムでディンガー兄さんたちが試みた実践は、後のポップの主流になっていると思うんけど。ノイよりはサウンドに「飾り」がつき、ずいぶんチャーミングで人工的な味わいのある作品になっている。これを堕落や迎合と呼ぶか、進歩と調和と呼ぶかは、聴いているアンタに委ねられるのや。
