40歳代以降に必要とされるビタミン・ミネラル・たんぱく質(アミノ酸)の主要な成分が過不足なく、バランスよく含まれている。

いろいろなビール酵母錠剤があり、特定の成分を強化して特徴を出そうとしているが、実はそれら成分の殆どが「キリンビール酵母」はさりげなく含まれている。唯一、スポーツ系サプリであるビール酵母商品が謳う L-カルニチン を含まない程度だ。

ある特定の成分を過度に摂り過ぎても排出されてしまうだけなので、40代以降になれば、バランスよく必要十分な量をとれるものの方が愛飲にふさわしいと思う。

キリンのビール酵母　もう飲みだして２年以上になるんですが、
これを飲みだしてからあきらかに風邪を引きにくくなりました。
以前は年に何度か風邪を引いていて　しかもひくと長引く傾向にあったので　
とても喜んでいます。
他のビール酵母を試した事は無いので　飲みやすさなどの比較は出来ないんですが
　書いてある量より少ない目に飲んでも　明らかな効果を確認しています。

ビンの大きさは350ml缶程度｡錠剤はBB弾程度で､
競合品のエビオスよりは小さい｡
エビオスと同じく1日30粒なんだが､
錠剤を濃縮して錠数を減らせないのか?
