特集は、｢お米を食べよっ!｣です。秋田杉のおひつの職人さんの紹介、改めて知るご飯のとぎ方
白いご飯に合う和風、洋風のちょっとしたおかず(卵黄の醤油漬け、鶏レバーとピーマンのウス
ター煮など美味しそうです)などの記事が載っていて、読んでいるとご飯は食べたくなりました。
それ以外には、可愛いチェコのマッチラベル、フランスの白い器の事など、読み応えがあるな~
と思いました。
それと今回の天然生活には、付録がついています。
創刊号に羊のクロシェが付いていたのですが、それの別バージョンです。お楽しみに!

特別定価だったので　もっと濃い内容を期待しましたが、高いのは　付録分？クロシェは　小さい手刺繍のアップリケのようなもの。それを使った手作り作品も募集していました。お米のことも、太字で大きく表紙にのせるなら、もっとページ数が欲しかった！雑穀のレシピもたくさんあったらうれしかったですね。上新粉で作るおやつがおいしそうでしたが、上新粉は意外と高いし、他にコーンスターチや重曹などを使うことを考慮したら、小麦粉レシピの方が手軽に作れる感じがしました。
