最近燻製を始めましたが初心者の私には最適です。
安いですが必要な物は大抵網羅しています。
あと、温度計・スモークウッドを追加購入しました。
ベーコンが美味しくできました。
難点は高さが低いのでS字フックで吊るすのに大きな物は吊るせません。
ベーコンもぎりぎりです。

まず、簡易スモーカーという理解をして下さい。
あらゆる意味で、初心者向けだと思います（私もです…）。

造りはまあまあしっかりしていて、通常使用するには
問題ありません。

私は、電熱器の上に、本商品を置き、熱燻・温燻に対応しています（
冷燻には向かないと思います）。
この使用方法で、不便を感じたことはありません。
もうすでに、家のベランダで、ベリーハム・ロースハム・燻製卵・スモークドチキンなど
を作って、楽しんでます。

難を言えば、もう10cm縦に長ければ、オールマイティに使えたと思います。
その点は、色々カスタマイズして使う必要があるでしょう。

しかし燻製を作る楽しみにはかえられませんよ。
ご家族、ご友人と作った燻製で会話も弾むことでしょう。

是非是非、お勧めしますよ。

家の二口コンロでベーコンを作るために購入しました。
以前使っていた簡易スモーカーは脂がチップにしたたり落ちて、燻製した後の脂洗いが大変でしたが、これはチップの上に一段作ることが出来、そこに脂用の受け皿を置けるので脂処理が大変楽です。煙で多少中はすすけますが、汚れもたいしたことありません。
また、収納もコンパクトでよく考えられているなあと感心します。内側にストッパーもついてるので扉が勝手にあくことはありません。ただし、安定感はありません。コンロでする際にでこぼこの上におくと傾きますので、きちんと安定させてからする必要があります。
