ゴールデン街のママさんが気に入って強奪されたり、マイルスが好きで気もケンカも弱いくせに「マイルスの悪口だけは許さない」が口癖だった飲み過ぎで死んだ親友のお棺に入れてあげたりフラれた女が返してくれなかったり…結局レコード二枚CD四枚買い(推定)今持ってるのはレコード一枚とCD二枚(一枚はディスク2のみ)であります。私にとってはコレないと精神不安定著しくなり人生に不可欠なのであります。当然死んだらお棺に入れてもらうようにお願いしてあります。あーマイルス凄い!ナマも何回か聴きましたがマーカスときた確かライブアンダーザスカイの時、例によって二時間も出てこないので沖縄の友達が持ってきた泡盛でベロベロになった勢いで皆で「マイルスのバカヤロー!」と叫んで警備員に取り囲まれたコトを深く反省しております…。昔ジャズ喫茶でリクエストすると二枚組なんで「一枚目のA面ね」とゆーのが難儀だったコトも思いだされます。しかしコレは本当に凄いですよねぇ!コレ好きな人は私完全に信用しちゃいます。とゆーかダメとゆー感覚が分りません。ディジョネット凄いしマクラフリンカッコいいし一体何の不満があるとゆーのでしょーか!(取り乱しすいません)全ジャンルの音楽でベスト!今でも仕事場の近くのジャズ屋サンでマスターに文句言われながらも行くと毎回大音量で聴かせて頂いてます。マイルスの悪口は許しませんよ〜♪

長年ロックを聴き続け、パーカーやエヴァンス等も聴くようになり、そういえば昔ジャズを聴いてみようとマイルスの「カインド・オブ・ブルー」を聴いたが全く理解できなかったな。よし、今なら理解できるかもと「カインド・オブ・ブルー」目当てで来たものの、このアルバムの皆さんのレビューに惹かれて「ビッチェズ・ブリュー」を購入し、昨夜初めて聴きました。
凄まじいテンションの中うねるベースとサックス。インプロの宇宙。混沌の中の恍惚。すごい音楽だ。すごい、音楽だ。アンプの前から動けませんでした。
こんな衝撃はcanのEge Bamyasi、ソフト・マシーンの1st以来。なんと69年録音。ロック愛聴者としてソフトマシーンの3rdなんかが好みの方には是非聴いて頂きたい。決して大袈裟ではなく、それを凌駕するオリジナリティとテンションが展開されています。
音の洪水に飲み込まれながら、いつか見たマイルス・デイヴィスの言葉が頭をよぎる。
「創作できないなら、死んだ方がましさ」
ロックではない。ジャズでもない。ファンクでもない。
マイルス！

マイルスのおそらく最高傑作であり、そのスケールのすごさは宇宙的。ジャケットの絵画と音楽内容もピッタリしているような気がします。マイルスの作品中もっとも表現領域が広大で、聴いていて恍惚として自失する思いがする大芸術作品である。
