我が家のも購入１年で座面にヒビが入ってしまいました。体重40kg後半の自分は全く気づきませんでしたが、60kg後半の家族が座ると座面がしなって広がったヒビに肉を挟まれて痛かったらしい。悩んだ末、製造元に電話したら、快くその日中に代替品を発送してくれました。やっぱり、設計の問題があって強度が足りなかったのかもしれません。今年10月（うろ覚えです、すいません…）以降のロットは、改良されたものなのでご安心ください、と（質問してないのに）教えてくれたので。ヒビに気づいた時は正直腹が立ちましたが、対応も良かったし、なによりデザイン、使用感共にすごく気に入ってるので、今後も使い続けたいです！
ちなみに、使用感は、座面が高くて広いので、すわり心地が良いです！ただ、ツルツルした素材なので、神経質な方は石鹸カスのザラザラの手触りが少し気になるかもしれません（特に姉妹品？の手桶）。が、毎回、体を洗ったタオルで一緒に軽くこすってお湯で流しておけばＯＫです。その20秒を惜しまなければ、掃除いらずでピカピカです。まぁそれをサボっても、汚れを落としやすい形状ではあると思いますよ。

使い始めてから半年で座面に亀裂が発生しました。最初は無視して使用していましたが、亀裂が大きくなってきてお尻の皮がはさまれるようになりました。
たまたま当たりが悪かったのだろうと、再度購入する為にここを調べたら自分以外にも亀裂が発生している方がいるとは・・・

お風呂の椅子ってどれもデザインが良くないけど、この椅子はデザインが良かっただけに残念です。改良を望みます。

高さもほどよく、気に入ってました。がしかし、使用３ヶ月ほど、座面に亀裂が入り、割れてしまいました。価格のわりには耐久性に問題ありです。
