このCDについて
1998年に公開された“アブデカ”の前作『あぶない刑事フォーエバー』のエンディング・テーマとして使用された「CRY OUT」（舘ひろしwith THE COLTS）以来、7年ぶりとなる新曲をリリース。本人曰く「今の音楽の流行などを気にせずに、開き直って、自分の想いを込めて作った」というこの曲はフル・オーケストラを従えた“大人の雰囲気”たっぷりのミディアム・ソング。全3曲収録予定。

映画『あぶない刑事』の復活にあわせ、歌手・舘ひろしも復活。舘ひろし以外には、ちょっと歌えないであろうゴージャスな男の美学。(3)は86年リリースの12インチ・シングルのリミックスだが、声が少し若いくらいで、その世界には、ほとんど変化がないのが凄い。
