ヤングギターを見てとりあえず買ってみましたが、予想よりよかったです。ギターのリフがとてもカッコ良いいし、ギターソロもメガトン級のプロの技という感じです！Feast of the savaces（７）はギターとキーボードの掛け合いソロがあり、さらにあのマーティ・フリードマンも参加しているということで、聴き所は満載です！ギター好きには、たまない一品だと自分は思います。バラードなんかもあるので、聴いてみる価値はあると思います。

音の違いを聴きわける耳は持ってはいないとは思うけど、‘CCCDが音質を低下させる’ということが頭をよぎりながらそのCDを聴くということがなんだかいやなので輸入盤を買いました。VIDEO CLIPはなんてことないけど、もうひとつの映像は日本でのライブの模様や、喫茶店での笑える一コマなどが見れて国内盤のボーナストラックよりも価値あり、と言えます。輸入盤なのだけれどその映像の最後に出てくるメッセージがなぜか日本向け・・・。

楽曲的にはDREAM EVIL での影響かメロディーの輪郭がはっきりしてきたような気がするけども、メロディー重視の自分にとってはメロディーではDREAM EVILの方が好きですね。もう少しフックをきかせてもいいかなと。。。次回作ではわくわくさせるリフや歌メロとのかけあいを期待。。。ということで星ひとつは空。
