発売が中止されるというニュースを聞いて買ったクチです。
また、かなりの高評価(当時)ばかりだったので買いました。
結論から言うと、星３つです。
まず欠点を挙げますと

１．早く終わり過ぎる事が多々ある。
２．意味の無いお金の出入がある。(従来の作品に比べ、最小単位の額はゴミ同然)
３．Ｍ＆Ａシステムがあまり完成されていない。
４．初めて遊ぶ時、ルールがなかなか分かりづらい。
５．世の中そんなに甘くない。(非現実的)

良い点を挙げますと、

１．逆転出来る可能性が従来の作品より高い。
２．あまり手間が掛からない(裏を返せば内容が薄い)
３．株取引が面白い。
４．友好的Ｍ＆Ａはよく出来ている。

こんなところです。
ルーレットの出目を制限する等、
自分なりにルールを変えて遊んでやるとかなり改善されるかもしれません。
人生ゲームＥＸの様に、２度遊べる仕様になっていたら良かったんですが。
目新しいので少し楽しめましたが、結論としてこの値段の価値は無いと思います。

結論から言うと、説明書のルールのみでやるのはつまらないゲームでしょう。

ルーレットの数字に対してルートのマスが少ない。

大きい数字がでるとあっという間にゴールしてしまい、残りの人とのゴールがあきすぎて待つ間非常につまらない。銀行業に徹するくらいしかない

ルーレットの数字がでかすぎるのでマスを飛ばして進んでしまう。

買うことなく終わってしまう会社が多数でる場合があり、面白みが半減。

Ｍ＆Ａのカードの数字がしょぼい、Ｍ＆Ａのマスが少ない。

０が多すぎ、意味ないだろう？作ったやつは足し算が嫌いだったのかと疑う

以上のことから
７以上の数字はやり直し（移動にかんしてのみ、サイコロ扱い）
Ｍ＆Ａは、カードの合計＋１回ルーレットを回して出た数字を採用
すると少しは面白さが増えた。

人生ゲームとしてまったく進化していない。安易なルーレットだけのシステム、1000億円簡単に手にはいったかと思えば30億円出費などまったく意味のない金額の入出金。全てはルーレットで決り、勝ってもうれしくない負けても悔しくない。達成感はゼロ。
いくらでも簡単に借金できるし、現実的にこんな金融であるなら超弩級のインフレを起こす。これを社員の研修に使ってるなど馬鹿馬鹿しいにもほどがある。ゲームとしても、教育的なものとしても破綻している。
こんな時代があったのだなという教育的価値だけがいずれ残るだけのものである。こんなものを子供にやらせるとはもっての他である。子供にしか価値のないものって絶対にある。
それはきっとお金に替えられない素晴しい想い出となるだろう。
お金や経済のことは年がいってから勉強しても遅くはない。子供にしかできないことを大切にして欲しい。
人生ゲームというのは、豪華なコンポーネントがウリである筈なのに、立体的な造型は橋だけというお粗末さにも驚いた。ここの評価が高くてかなりびっくりしている。
