このライブはもともと暴力的イメージが強くて、いまも賛否あると思います。ロカビリーとパンクの、暗いロフトのギグ。かなり有名になりすぎた布袋さんの最近のライブのなかでは異質です。『弾丸ロック』から『新・仁義なき戦いのテーマ』でエンディングになっているのは象徴的なCDです。ほんとの鉄拳が飛び出たわけですし。

ライブミュージシャン失格の事件を起こす、数日前の同じライブ録音。本質は変わらないが編成とリズムが変わったから、客がノレないのもよく分かる。なにかと、布袋はスキャンダラスだ。

このCDではライブのうち79分が収録されている。ブライアン・セッツァーとのロカビリー、ツインギターだ。ライブは直接“見る”のが最高には違いなく、ついで、DVDでは映像にあわせて149分もほとんど収録されているのが段違いの差、である。また、世界にはセッツァー級のロックンロールギタリストはあまたいる。CDで布袋よりうまいギターがセッツァーだろうと想像できるが、会場の喧噪も併せて、よくわからないのが惜しい。
