☆「Sea of love」は、物語で伝えたかったエルメスの想いをそのまま歌った作品です。「Sea of love」を聴くと、エルメスの言葉や行動の奥にある気持ちを理解することができ、『電車男』がもっと感動的なラブストーリーとなって心に届くと思います。
☆エルメスのように過去に負った心の傷のために、愛を信じることに臆病になっているいる人にとっても、ぜひ聴いてほしい作品です。
不安や恐れが愛を覆い隠したとしても、自分をひたむきに想ってくれる人の、誠実な気持ちと純粋な深い愛情に包まれた時、愛を信じることができるようになることを歌っています。かけがえのない人との出会いは、過去を乗り越える勇気と希望を与えてくれることを教えてくれました。心の傷が愛することや愛されることをはばむ時、この作品は、自分の中に眠っている愛を目覚めさせてくれると思います。愛に包まれることのすばらしさが伝わってくる作品です。

最近の歌手にはない歌い手です。
自然にそして丁寧に歌い上げる歌い方で、最初は少しインパクトに欠けるかもしれません。しかし、聴けば聞くほど好きになる歌だと思います。するめ状態です。（笑）声は主張しているのに…あるていど聞き流せてしまうと言ったら伝わるでしょうか…しかし、よく聞いてみると…あぁ…やっぱりいい歌だと思う感じです。（笑）
声質は最近の売れているアーティストさんに似ている部分もありますが、透明度で言えばは椿さんが格段に上です。とくに声が高くなればなるほど。。
ここで紹介するのはおかしいですが！他にも、美空ひばりさんの「川の流れのように」のカヴァーもしてます。結構似てるぶぶんもあるんですよ！（Ｒ＆Ｂなんですけどね）気に入ったらアルバムも買ってよね！

で、このＣＤでいえば、Sea　of　loveよりももうひとつの歌の方が好きです。高い透き通る声を聞けば納得するでしょう。
１ついえることは、歌がウマすぎて声に揺らぎがなく、すべてが
クリスタルな感じです。いうなれば水晶のような声と歌い方です。
ダイアモンドまでのインパクトはありませんが、常に落ち着いた心にさせてくれる歌を歌ってくれます。おちつきます。
