ヨガを初めて半年になりますが、
ピラティスにも興味があったので、レビューを参考に購入しました。
説明も詳しく丁寧でとても良いと思いますが、
呼吸のタイミングが動きの説明より少ないので、
動きに集中すると呼吸のタイミングが分からなくなりました。
私は、全編通しで流れにまかせてするのが好きなので、
反対側も同じようにして下さい！と省略されているのが、
チャプターを戻すのがおっくうに感じるのでマイナス点でした。
でも、やったあとは気持がよいので続けてみようと思います。

週末はジムでトレーニングをしていましたが、少々打ち込み過ぎて筋を痛めてしまいました。依頼、ジムで行われている特別クラスを受けて無理なく身体を鍛える方向で進めているのですが、ピラティスのクラスはいつも満員なので、家で練習出来るものを探していました。こちらのDVDは一つ一つの運動のポイントを分かりやすく丁寧に説明しているので、楽しく続けられそうです。とても良いので満足しています。

の自分の体と相談してできるのがいい感じ◎
