あたしンちのみかん役や苺ましまろではみっちゃん役をしておられる声優さんです。
これらの作品では溌剌とした少女らしい声で演じておられます。このＣＤでは大人っぽい声でしっとりと歌い上げ違った魅力を感じることができます。
声優さんがちょっと背伸びをして歌ったという訳ではなく、上野洋子さんの神秘的な楽曲を折笠冨美子さんが本気で歌ったという感じがしました。
これといった一曲がないという意見がありますが、これは邪魔な感じがしないということだと思います。何かをしながら聞いて、作業がはかどることはあっても邪魔になることはない、そんな印象です。
心を落ち着けたいとき、リラックスしたいときにぼくは聞いています。

どの曲もいいのだけれど、アルバムを締めくくる「ムシとフラワー」を特にお勧めしたい。リフレインを排した歌詞は寓意的な物語となっていて、不思議な詩的イメージと重層的・多面的なメッセージが絡まり合い、溶け合って、やわらかく、あたたかく、しっかりした手応えを残してくれる。上質の絵本を読み終えたときのように豊かな気持ちになれる一曲。行き詰った精神状態のとき、心に元気がなくなったときに聞いてみてほしい。

1stアルバム「Lune」の不思議な大人っぽい雰囲気とは全く違う、明るく・暖かく・元気で可愛らしい、まさしく「Flower」!!という感じの新たな折笠さんの魅力がたくさん詰まっているアルバムです。
折笠さんのあの澄んだ歌声を是非聴いてください。
