｢キャラクターソング｣というタイトルから、てっきりボーカル集かと思って購入したのですが、ボーカルがついているのは6曲、うち1曲はメインのリミックスバージョンですので、実質ボーカルは5曲だけ、後はアニメ版のBGMでお茶を濁されたという印象。少々内容の薄さを感じてしまいました。
ボーカル付きの楽曲は、2曲がドクロちゃんのイメージ、1曲は桜君、1曲はサバトちゃんをイメージしていて、もう1曲は｢びんかんサラリーマン｣のフルコーラスバージョンです。
ドクロちゃんのキャラソンは、原作既読者でも忘れていそうな設定を引っ張り出してきたり、撲殺の意味付けをしたりして、まあ、こんな解釈もありかなと思えるような作品ですが、若干の違和感は残りますね。ドクロちゃんの撲殺はあくまでもイノセントなものだと思っていますので。
桜君のキャラソンは、歌詞は良いと思います。ただ、無理を承知で言えば、桜君の声で歌って欲しかったですね。
サバトちゃんのキャラソンは、演歌調がはまっているのですが、逆にポップで明るい曲に悲惨な歌詞を当てるともっと彼女のイメージだった気もします。
静希ちゃんやザクロちゃん、ザンスなんかのキャラソンが入っていると良かったんですけどね。

このＣＤはなかなか奥が深かったです。
思わず聞き入ってしまいました。
取り敢えず買って損はないです。
ドクロちゃんに出てくる一人一人のキャラクターにあってました。

個人的には、びんかんサラリーマンのうたがお勧め。歌詞が強烈で思い出すと笑いがこみ上げてきます。
