ピラティスは週に1回しか通えないので家用に買ってみました。
初心者、慣れた人、がんばりたい人みたいに動きが紹介されて
いたので分かりやすかったです。
自分のやりたい人（レベル）が選べて何度も見られるので
DVDってやっぱり便利！！

ピラティスは定期的にスタジオ等で受けるのが良いとは分かって
いますが、今まで買ったピラティスDVDの中では一番分かりやすいと
思いました。

本当はピラティスの教室に通いたいのですが、子供が小さいのでそれができず、ＤＶＤを購入しました。　
これは、一緒に身体を動かしながらでき、初級・中級・上級を選ぶこともできます。ポイントをきちんと説明してくれるのでわかりやすいです。
動きと一緒の説明なので、始めは、動きに気をとられて聞きそびれちゃうこともありますが、回数をこなすと説明も動きも覚えてくるので、休まずにどんどん身体を動かせるというのは、とてもいいと思います。
週に何回か、寝る前にやっているのですが、ピラティスのために夜更かしするか、やらずに早寝をするか・・・どちらが健康的？と、迷っています。（笑）

5.0 out of 5 stars しっかりした内容＆背景と音楽が良い, 2007/9/12
一番初めに買ったピラティスのDVD。その後、いくつか試してみたが、無理のない初心者向けの運動としてはこれが一番確実で、中身もしっかり詰まっている。

何より、大自然の中でやっていることと、ゆったりした気分になる良い音楽との効果で、終わった時の爽快で落ち着いた気分が堪えられない。

「体操」「鍛える」といった要素を期待すると物足りなさが残るかもしれないが、ゆとりをもって気分良くゆったりとなれるという点を期待するなら最高。

やり方を覚えるまで繰り返し聞いたら、今度は英語にしてやってみるのもまた一興。
