さぁ、音楽聞いて頭冷やしてスカッとなろう！爽やかクラブミュージック代表、アイ・デップの最新アルバム「Smile Exchange」です。

タイトル通り、聞いてる人みんな笑顔を交わしたくなるような、とってもポップでハッピーなアルバムです。ただ、ハッピーな音にありがちなキラキラサウンドではありません。i-dep独特の、i-depにしか成し得ないとても個性的で、なおかつハッピーな音なんです。

i-depとは、ナカムラヒロシをリーダーとする5人のバンド。バンドではありつつも、メインとなるのはナカムラヒロシの卓越したプログラミングミュージックです。
ぽこっ、ぽこっ、と聞こえてくる不思議な音、なんだか小気味よいビート、そして極上のメロディ。これがi-depサウンドの醍醐味ですね。難しい話抜きにして、直感で気持ちよく感じると思います。
ジャンルはクロスオーヴァーと書きましたが、実はラウンジ寄りかも。楽曲もとても聴きやすいので、フロアリスニングにも最適です。

私のオススメはTr.07"Raise your hands"。メロウなヴォーカルと暖かみあるサウンドが耳に優しいです。
また、Tr.15"How to"も良。なんだか、お昼の公園で芝生に寝転んで、辺りを走り回る子供達を眺めてるような、そんな景色が浮かんできます。

クラブミュージック界の認知度も急上昇！ホントに唯一無二の音を作り出す素敵なアーティストですので、一度聞いてみてください。

もうjazztroniｋのバックでやってましたなんて触れ込みいらないでしょ。i-dep初のフルアルバム。
伊IRMAからデビューしたと聞いて思わず納得のおもちゃ箱系ラウンジポップ。
ビートは基本的にハウスベースながら上ものはやたらとファンシーでカラフルなので
お茶の間でもすんなり受け入れられそう。
ベストトラックは2Rainbow。FreeTempoが濫用するお決まりのツーファイブモーションに軽くテンションノート乗せた万人受け(日本人受け？)するコード進行でゴリ押しなところが一番シングルっぽい。と思ったら実際に「チューボーですよ」で使われてるみたいね。なるほどって感じです。

HMVで流してて即購入。何回聞いてもいいね。軽いようで実はすっごく計算されてるサウンド。でも、何も考えないで頭からっぽにして聞くとすごく気持ちいい！
