何曲かを、再発してはいけないだろうと勝手に判断され、
数年前まで数の少ない中古盤しかなかったアルバム。

このアルバムから、友部ひとりの演奏では無くなるが、基本的に弾き語り。
次の「1976」より、バンド演奏が全面的に加わる。
その参加者というのが坂本龍一のピアノ。
裏ジャケットに、駅のホームで撮影されたふたり。口ひげをたくわえた、長髪の坂本。
５　おしゃべりなカラス
８　ひとり部屋に居て
１１　あいてるドアから失礼しますよ
以上３曲。封入されている解説によると、これが坂本の処女録音。

旅先で、５をリクエストされた時、持って聞いてはいたのだが、はてさてどんな曲だったのか思い出せなかった。
帰宅して聞いてみると、素通りしていたのを後悔した。
そうだよなあ、しゃべり過ぎて結局なあんにも言っちゃいない。

ちまたのロック風サウンドより、はるかにこの盤の方がロックしている。
お金を出せば買えるようになったのだから、もっと多くの人にこのロックを聴いてもらいたい。

　初期の教授が聴きたければ、これよりは『ハテルマ』か入手が超困難だが『個展』
がよい。教授のキャリアの最初に出て来るので過度の期待で探していた人もいるか
もしれないが、これはその期待には添えないレコードである。3曲しかやってない。
　まず、当たり前だが友部のがなるようなボーカルでいきなり驚く人も多いに違い
ない（それは坂本ファン）。聴きやすいレコードとは言えない。急に別世界へ連れて
いかれる。友部の視線の世界、風来坊、流れ者、その日暮らし、朴訥で他人に向かっ
ては大声で喋れない、曇った景色・・・。音符からはずれた、太い声がそれを語り
かける。
　まさに「もろ」フォーク・ソングである。坂本は自伝にあるように、バイトで適当
に弾いただけである。音楽的にどうの、は一切ない。私には教授とは関係なしに強烈
な、焚き火の熱を遠くで感じるような歌だが、好みではなかった。評価はそういう訳
で申し訳ない。
