原作とはまた違った面白さがあります。
「どっこいおむすび君」については、原作の「ソードマスターヤマト　夢野カケラ著」とセットでこそ、活きた作品になり得ると思うので、おむすび君単独での収録は少々厳しかったかのように感じました。ですが「１・２・３・ジャーン！」のノリが良いので、笑いのテンションは下がらないと思います。
「西遊記」、特に三蔵法師の"よドン！"からのテンポが絶妙で、繰り返し観ても飽きられません。全体的に血の気の多い作品ですがグロさは殆どなく、ドロリとした黒流血がまるでノリの佃煮のようで、逆に滑稽味があります。
「うさみちゃん」はうさみちゃんの妙に甲高いマイペースな口調での毒舌が、ほのぼのとした雰囲気をかもし出しつつ軽く苛立ちさえ覚えます。相変わらずのクマ吉くんの変質者っぷりと、うさみちゃんの鋭い目つき(俗称:うさみちゃん目つき悪っ)は必見ですね。
特典のうさみちゃんアイピローも思いのほかしっかりとした作りで、実用性もないことはないです。

上下巻だけでなく、以後続巻してほしい！と思える作品です。

この下巻は本当に面白い！ハリスインパクト、どっこいおむすび君、マッハ涼、魔法少女、
西遊記、死んだ私は太陽にほえる、そして何といっても爆笑必至のうさみちゃんと、どの
回も最高にエキサイティングしてますよ。演出面は本当に秀逸でテンポいいから何度も
みたくなります。是非オススメ！おもいっきり笑おう！！ｗ

上巻とくらべ、原作の人気キャラの登場が少ない分、全体的に地味になった印象を受けます。
また、上巻には特典として、モノクロとはいえおまけが数話収録されていた事を考えると、下巻は商品としてのお買い得感も薄れた気がします。
とはいっても、作品自体は相変わらずのハイテンション、ハイクオリティなので、上巻を楽しめた人は間違いなく下巻も楽しめるはずです。
原作での趣旨を知らないと本当の面白さがわからない話もあるので、エンディングも含め、１００％楽しみたい人には、一度原作を読破して、予習してから観る事をおすすめ致します。
それにしても、毎回エンディングで披露される小ネタを観るたび、これをつくった人たちは本当に原作を愛してるんだな、とつい嬉しくなります
