このダンベルは、見た目や品質に対しての価格が非常に安くお買い得な商品だと
思います。しかも送料無料なんてすごすぎます！

またこの商品は分割できるタイプのため、１０ｋｇ以内の範囲で調整できるため
大は小を兼ねるというわけです。とは言っても棒の部分だけで２ｋｇあるので
それ以下にはなりませんが・・・

もし、男性で鍛えていくつもりならば、１０ｋｇではすぐ物足りなくなります。
この商品と同一のもので１５ｋｇでは、組み立てにより１０ｋｇにも調整できるため、
１５ｋｇをおすすめいたします。

あと、普段運動をしない（腕立てなど）、力に自信のないかたは、１０ｋｇでもかなり
重いかもしれませんので、このダンベルを組み合わせて５ｋｇからスタートされては
いかがでしょうか？（これに当てはまる人は、１５ｋｇを購入せず、この１０ｋｇを
２セット購入されたほうが効率良く筋力アップを図れると思います）

５・１０・１５ｋｇとありますが、この１０ｋｇが一番お得な価格設定です。
２セット買うなら、断然１０ｋｇがお安く後悔もしにくいと思います。
１０ｋ以上にしたかったら、２つをばらして１つに組み合わて１５ｋにもできます。

予算の関係もあるかとおもいますので、あくまで参考にしていただけると幸いです。

このダンベルは、初心者の方から使えると思います｡10ｋｇでは、物足りなくなったら、プレートを足せばいいので経済的だし、デザインも、結構いいですよ

以前、使ってたダンベルがスクリュー部分が鋭くよく手を切っていたが
このダンベルは今のところそういう事は無く安心して使っている
ボルトもよく締まるし軽い重量でいいのなら買ってもいいんじゃないかと。
