毎日、生ジュースを作るため、リンゴ、にんじん、レモン、グレープフルーツを一個ずつ剥いています。（ジュースがおいしくてやめられない）
ねぼけまなこで朝から切るために、しょっちゅう手を切ってしまい、つらい思いをしていましたが、このフルーツナイフで救われました。

このナイフの根元のカドのところが斜めに引っ込んでいるため、レモンやリンゴの皮をむくときに、手を切らないですむんです。絶妙な角度です。
刃も研げるので、最初だけ簡易研ぎ器で研いでみましたがとてもよく切れます。グレープフルーツなどはやはり切れ味が悪いと剥きにくいですし。三ヶ月以上たち、そろそろ研ごうかなと思っていますがまだまだ切れるのでさぼっています。

しょっちゅう柔らかいフルーツを切る人にはおすすめです。値段も手ごろだし。
ただ、なぜかサヤから抜くときにちょっと固い感じになってきました。やや抜きにくいかな。。私が奥まで突っ込みすぎるのかもしれないけど。。。べつに、サヤに入れなくてもいいんだけど、習慣でぐっと入れてしまうんですね。。
