もともと飲食店で働いてたので、料理はよくするのですが、一つ一つの軽量スプーンに大きな文字で、分量を記してくれているので、料理の時に非常に使いやすくなってます。あと、一つのスプーンに半分の線も入っているので、大さじ半分とかも実に分かりやすいです。

底が平らな事です。写真を見てもらうと解ると思いますが、持ち手の端が折れ下がっていて、底と持ち手の端の２点確保で、まっすぐにスプーンを置く事ができます。
私は基礎化粧品を手作りしていますが、材料を測る時、これだと、置いたスプーンにオイルや粉類を両手を使って慎重に注ぎ入れる事ができるんです。
特にオイルは、すくいとるとどうしてもスプーンの裏に余分な分量がついてしまうので、この注ぎ入れ計量にもってこいのスプーンはとても重宝しています。
デザインも好きです♪

この軽量スプーンは液体や粉末を軽量するのには優れていると思いますが、味噌など粘度のあるものには不向きかと思います。
平らな所に置いて計量出来るようになっているので正確に量るような料理（お菓子やパン）には向いてると思います。

スプーンが一つ一つばらばらになるのは私にとっては非常に便利です。
何で他の計量スプーンはつなげる必要があるのかと疑問に思っていたので・・


小さじ二分の一、四分の一とバラバラになっているので小さじのスプーンに入れて半分にする手間が省けて、すばやく計量することが出来ます。
ただ一つ難点をいえばスプーンの形状上洗いにくく、特にオイル系は苦労します。
