動作音が大きいです。メーカーに問い合わせたところ２世代以上古い動作音が大きい機種だそうです。動作音に関しては例えるならばハンド型掃除機程度の音で、数分程度使用する掃除機ならいざしらず、常に24時間電源をONにして使う製品としては通常使用ができない程度の音です。設置場所のキッチンと隣接するリビングに動作音が響きます。ゆっくりリラックスできない程度の音量です。動作音については商品説明に掲載して欲しいです。

ただし、発送も迅速で梱包は丁寧でした。

職場で、飲む水じゃなくて、最初は、アイスコーヒーマシーンを探していましたが、なかなか良い商品がなく。いっちょ冷水機で、コーヒーを冷やすか・・・ってことで購入したのですが。試運転で水を冷やして飲むとこれが、普通に『うまい！』コーヒーが飲みたきゃインスタントコーヒーでレイコーにしてください。ってことになっています。
また、職場には、肝臓の悪い方もおり、ちょうど、水のみが出来て、普段水道水じゃ気持ち悪かってんと、好評でした。
