字幕が明るい背景に白なのでとても見難い。意味不明な所で字幕が無くなり焦らされる。
また日本人モデルのメイクが濃すぎて不衛生な感じを与える。ヨガエクセサイズDVDなのだからもっと清潔感のある人を使って欲しい。ヨガにも不慣れなのが丸分かりで、ちゃんとした指導者に手本を見せて貰いたい。また、映像と音声の動きが同じ（鏡を見ているような動きではなく、そのまま。ヨガのレッスンなどに行くと普通分かりやすいように指導者は鏡の動きをしてくれる）なのでとても分かりづらい。
全体的なデザインも正直ダサい。
ヨガ自体は初心者でも出来る簡単な物が多く、10分間ヨガエクササイズは毎日するのに適切と言える。中級者以上には不向き。
ヨガ自体は良い物だと思うが監修者に問題が有り過ぎるので星二つ。

ハワイの映像が綺麗。

（マイナス）
モデルさんが運動慣れしていなく、ヨガのお手本になっていない。
一番大事な呼吸の指導が丁寧でない。カウントもなく声での導引が少ないので、下を向いたり上を向いたりで
DVDを見れない時の動きがわからない。
外人の吹き替えが、ヨガのポーズのタイミングと合っていない。

初心者が始めるならもう少し、アーサナ(ポーズ）の意味や動き方、
そして呼吸を丁寧に指導してくれるものが良いと思います。
中、上級者には向きません
運動嫌いの人が、綺麗な映像を見ながら雰囲気を味わい、
ちょっとストレッチ程度に体を動かす人には
ちょうど良いのかも･･

エクササイズの内容は、アドバンスプログラムが
アロハヨガの提唱者ヘイワード氏によるエクササイズ。
ハワイのふりそそぐ太陽の下でのアーサナは、とても気持ちよさそうです。
毎日リピートするならこのプログラムでしょうか？

ビギナープログラムと10分デイリーショートプログラムは
モデルの金子絵里さんによるエクササイズ。ヨガ風初心者向けストレッチです。
ヨガを極めるには、彼女はシャイで可愛らしすぎたかな？

ハワイの大自然と美しい風景の映像、そして癒し系の音楽は素晴しい。
ヨガのDVDはいろいろ持っておりますが、今までのヨガDVDにはない感覚です。
それだけによけい、ヨガのエクササイズの内容が惜しい！
あと、フェイシャルと疲れ目対策のマッサージプログラムは、
他のDVDでは見た事無いし、内容も良かったので星3つつけました。
