ラウンジ色の強いサンプルを中心にしたリズムトラックにフォーキィーなギターが乗る。そして淡いヴォーカル。そのアプローチは別に驚くようなものではないと思う。でもこの人たちはそんなトラックに乗せるメロディーの美しさがいい感じ。どことなく湿り気を帯びた空気がラウンジ一辺倒ではない独特な雰囲気。2005年リリース。

2度のハモりを活かした(それでも)古風なコーラスと9thをフックにしたメロディーが印象的な冒頭のSlingshot。ウクレレのイントロから意外なタイトリズムボックス、組み合わせがmasu up風。シャッフルとブレイクビーツを繰り返す妙な作りのBetter than bad。こんな風に作っていくスタジオ作業はきっと楽しいだろうなーと想像。
