「宮廷女官チャングムの誓い」に実際に出てきた宮廷料理を実際再現（つくって）みようという内容のもの。衛星にて放送されていたのを見たのですが、こと料理の行程に関しては難解な作業はあまりなく、つくりやすいかと思いました。（日本で手に入らない食材はあるかもしれませんが）しかし、ＤＶＤを購入してまでつくるかどうかは迷うところであり、つくってみたいなら、チャングムレシピなど書籍が何冊か出ているのでそれで充分間に合います。ハン尚宮さまファンや、チャングムの熱烈なるファンなら買っても良いかと思いますが、ドラマＤＶＤボックスと同じ値段なのは少し高いのではと思うのですが。敢えてこの点数にしてみました。

大今長のファンで料理に興味ある方なら楽しめるでしょう。
あまり馴染みのない宮廷料理を映像でというのは、ドラマが流行った恩恵ですね。
ドラマの時は表情や心情を汲み取ってみていたからだけど、このDVDのヤン・ミギョンって改めて美人だなーって思う。
料理は機会があったら作っても・・・って感じかな。
ごっくんっ食べたいって食欲をそそるのは、韓国の庶民派料理。
宮廷料理はドラマでも思ったけど、健康上のことが優先なのかな？って感じ。
あと、どちらかというと冷たいものが多いかな。

パーティや集いに一風変わった料理としては、いいかも。と感じました。

宮廷女官チャングムファンで韓国宮廷料理に興味が沸き購入しました。
本をみながら作るよりもDVDの映像で見ながら作ることが大変分かりやすいと実感しました。
実際に作ってみる前は自分にはこれだけは無理だ思う料理でさえも作ることに成功しました。丁寧に分かりやすく説明しているおかげで本当に驚くほどおいしい料理ができます。食材が簡単に手に入らないものありますがちょっと大き目のデパートや中華食材店で揃えられした。似た食材に自分でアレンジしたものありますが味に問題は感じませんでした。韓国の本格的料理を作ることができるか半信半疑でこのDVDを買いましたが今は買って正解だったと思っています。時間をかけその通り作った理の味は自分の中でこの上なく最高に料理だといいたいです。家族や友人も感激してくれました！このDVDの通りにしたがってきちんと料理すると素人でも最高の宮廷料理ができます。本当に美味しい韓国料理を作りたい人には大変お勧めです。
