フィスラーの圧力鍋は圧力をかける蓋しか付いていません。お料理（シチューなど）を作ったあともう少し煮込むときや一晩とっておくとき、またビタ○ラフトのように無水料理（ほうれん草などの野菜を水で洗ってそのまま鍋に入れて火をかけて蒸すetc...野菜が素材の濃い味のまま味わえます）などに便利。この鍋の取っ手はダイヤルのように回せるようになっていて、無水料理用か普通の鍋用（煮込んでも蒸気を漏らすので煮詰めるときなどに蓋をずらさなくて良いので便利）かを選べます。フィスラーの圧力鍋を持っている人の何割がこの蓋を購入しているのかがわかりませんが、私は購入して良かったです。

フィスラーロイヤルをセットで購入した中に入っていました。
圧力鍋は愛してやまず日々使っていますが
この蓋はやたらかさばるので、見た目も収納もあまり好きでなく
偶然ちょうど同じサイズだったsilitのキャセロールの蓋を代わりに使っています。
でも機能的には、蒸気の調節ができるので優れているのではないでしょうか。
