無水鍋のために購入しました。オーブン料理や蒸し物に適してます。
真ん中の穴から蒸し物の最中に水を足すこともできて使いやすいです。


折りたたみ式の蒸し器は大まかに洗うと次第に汚くなり、徹底的に綺麗
にしようと思えば花弁のような部品を一つ一つはずさなければなりません。
しかし、このチームプレートは洗浄に全く時間がかかりません。
清潔に保てる上にストレスフリーです。

ただし、高さがあるので一般的なテフロンのフライパン等に設置し
蓋をして使うことのみをお考えの場合はご注意ください。

我が家は26センチの少し深さのあるフライパンで料理するときもあり
ますが、いいところシュウマイが限界でしょう。
大きなサツマイモですとフライパンの蓋が閉まらなくなりますよ。

合う調理器具と組み合わせれば、お料理のレパートリーをなんなく
広げることができるでしょう♪
