ヘンタイ・ターミネーターからハードリカーへの流れが大好き。
ハードリカーなんて電車で聴いてても理性を失って体が動きだしてしまうくらい。上手く言葉で表現できないけど、じゃあ何でレビュー書いてるんだって話だけど、とにかくヤバイ。
テンション０からＭＡＸにあげてくれる邦楽に初めて出会った。最高。

ZAZENロックは肌にピリピリくる刺激剤だ。
松下敦が新加入し、4人のギザギザ尖った歯車が新たに回りだす。
パワフルな新生ZAZENビートが彼らに上手くマッチして良い感じ。
全曲ジャムセッションのように、くんずほぐれつに乱れて大変なことになってます。
パンクのアティチュード全開フルスロットルで突っ走りまくる。
もうロックの秩序も様式もあったもんじゃない。
しかし、どう考えても日本産っていうのが解る作りが素晴らしい。
お経のような向井さんの念仏ラップが墓場のイメージにシンクロしています。
禅僧ロックミュージシャンとして、森羅万象を説いてく向井さんからこれからも目が離せません。

UFJ銀行の前の横断歩道を渉ってると、どえらくかっこいい音がたたき出されているのに、気付く。性急なドカスカドラム、跳ねまくりのベース、硬質なギター、そして言葉にソウルという弾丸をこめて、内臓まで吐き出してるようなヴォーカル。

「まさかな」と思いつつ、件の音を吐き出してるアップルショップに、駆けつけてみた。つんのめりながら。転んでもおかしくない、もつれかたで。人だかりの向こうで、向井秀徳が、悪態をつくように、言葉を唾液と一緒に飛ばしていた。

「ああ、そうかよ。そういうことかよ」

通行人に迷惑になることを知りながら、ステップをふんで踊りまくる。都市の喧騒と無機的な人の流れの中に、忽然と現れた、祭り。人を惹きつけてやまない、音楽のパワーとパッションと情熱。多分、僕は正しかったんだろう。誰にも、殴られなかったんだから。

繰り返し使われる"冷凍都市"　"性的衝動"　"諸行無常"という、言葉等々。
向井は、きっと探しているんだろう。これらの、彼がもっとも伝えたい"気持ち"にふさわしい、装いと強度をまとった、最も有効な音像を。

そして、彼がいますごい速度で行っているその実験は、成功しつつある。音が純化していき、言葉がココロに突き刺さってくる。向井が手にしているのは、膨大な量の可能性を秘めた、フェンダーテレキャスター。6本の狂ったハガネの振動は、世界を揺さぶることが出来るんじゃないか？

そんなことを、夢想した1枚。
