RAG FAIR１２枚目のシングルです。
前作ハレルヤのカップリング曲、半熟ラプソディからの流れを強く感じます。ちなみに作詞作曲は同じリーダー引地洋輔。
声を重ねない、シンプルな六声でのアレンジですが、常にどきっとさせられるコーラスワークが見事です。
ハレルヤはメンバー六人それぞれの見せ場が入れ替わり立ち代りやってくる曲ですが、これは最初から最後まで常に全員の見せ場で、全員の声のレベルが上がったことが明らかにわかります。
９０年代前半のかおりがする、耳なじみがよくて非常に聞きやすい曲です。
後半サックスが入っていますが楽器があることが前提の曲ではなく、相乗効果で懐かしい雰囲気を強調しています。
ただ少し声がサックスに押されている気も。
カップリングのGood Vibrationsも、音楽会Vol.2で披露されたものですが、オリジナルBEACH BOYSのアレンジとあまり変わらないにもかかわらずRAG FAIRの曲になっています。
期待していいと思います。

歌詞もメロディーもすべてが夏仕様で、聴いてるだけでハッピーな気分になる第３期RAG FAIRの新曲。
短い夏のキラキラした瞬間を切り取ったような、そんなみずみずしくて爽やかなナンバー。
これ聴きながら海岸線をドライブしたらさぞかし気持ちいいだろうな。
c/w『Good Vibrations』はあのビーチ･ボーイズの名曲をカバーしたもの。複雑な声の絡み具合がクセになる。
聴かなきゃ損する！くらいによく出来た作品たち。必聴！

ハレルヤからの第３期ラグフェアーの２曲目です。
メンバーレギュラーのラジオで曲を聴きましたが、初期の聴きやすい
ラグフェアーが戻ってきています。
惜しむらくは彼らのファン層の中心であるだろう中高生の女性より、
それ以上の年齢層の女性が好きそうなメロディラインとコーラスワーク、
切ない詞、彼ら自身そう若いわけではないので、本来ならこれが似合って
当たり前と思いますが、ファン層の中心からはどうなんでしょう…
個人的には好きな曲です。
カップリングはビーチボーイズのヒット曲、『~の音楽会Vol.2』で
披露済み、かなりの高レベルでした。
私みたいにすでに聴いてるなら新鮮味はありませんが、こっちも
できはかなりのものだと思います。

アコムのCMではじめて聞きましたが最高にいい感じに仕上がっていますね。　夏っぽいけど何か切ない感じでとても好きになりました。
　是非聞いてみてください。
