ゴルフを始めるにあたりグリップや姿勢という非常に基本的な事柄やその練習方法に至るまで詳しい解説ムービーが付いています。
全くの初心者であればとりあえず本やビデオ、またいきなりゴルフレッスンを受けるなど色々な手段を考えますが、迷うのであればこのソフト1本でかなりの分野をカバーしているのでお得かつオールラウンドな商品です。
