写真をやめても映像で食っていけるんじゃないか？というくらいの感性。技術的にはまだ課題だらけだとしても、この目線、視線。２１歳のイマドキの女の子が８ｍｍフィルム（デジタル８ではない！）というのがまずすごい。イマドキ大学の映画研究会でも８ｍｍフィルムは撮らないだろう。オランダへの一人旅での映像だが、ドキュメンタリーとおいうよりは映像詩。傑作ドキュメンタリー映画「オランダの光」にインスパイアされたというが、こっちのほうが光をしっかりと捉えている。侮ることなかれ。さらに傑出しているのが本人が選曲したサウンドトラック。半野喜弘のレアトラック、高木正勝、湯川潮音、ポストロックなオンセンに至るまで眩暈がする豪華さ！しかも、サントラのみのＣＤ付きでこの値段である。ジャケット、スリーヴのデザインの見事さ。今まで買ってなかったのが悔やまれる。何度観ても聴いても飽きることがない、つっか、ブライアン・イーノ、これ観て泣け。

８mmフィルム独特の粗さで
オランダの光を再現しているのはとても美しいのですが
正直、これは本当にオランダなの？と思ってしまいます。
被写体に外国の個性がほとんどない。
時々金髪の子供たちが出てくるけど、あとは海や川や森を、
走行している車内から撮ったものなどがほとんどです。

ちょっと期待はずれでした。
彼女や、彼女自身の写真がすきで、この商品を購入したのですが、
少し見ていて物足りなさを感じてしまいました…

撮ることしかできなかった
どうしていいのかわからなかったと
翠れんちゃんのメッセージが書いてあり
これが、その時の彼女のすべてだったんだろうな、と思います。
