「北国行きで」や「ジェット最終便」の大ヒットで知られる朱里エイコの待望のベストがメジャーレーベルからのリリースとなりとても嬉しい気持だ。タイトルの「究極」にかけて「９曲」というのは曲が少ないので寂しい気もするが御値段が御手頃なので初めて聴かれる方にはオススメしたいミニ・ベストです。名曲「北国行きで」は本当に良いですネ~。前奏のアレンジだけでなんだかしんみりとキュンとさせられます。それにあの本物のヴォーカル力でキメられたらもう最高。「ジェット最終便」も洒落ていて本当にカッコイイ素敵な曲。私が歌手ならば是非カヴァーして次の世代へ伝えたい。その他にヒット曲の「ジョーのダイヤモンド」や一回聴いたらすぐに好きになる「AH　SO！」などなど、全曲名曲です。収録曲は少なめですが、それ以上に聴きごたえのあるCDです。そして何と言っても「見捨てられた子のように」と「二時から四時の昼下り」のタイトルの長い名曲の初CD化がファンにしてみたら嬉しい所。この2曲を目的で購入される方も多いのでは？。「見捨てられた子のように」は曲もいいのだがその圧倒的な歌唱力に脱帽。聴いていてとても気持いい。朱里エイコという歌手には本当に頭が下がります。又、このCDのジャケットもシックな感じでとても落ちついていて好きです。裏ジャケはゴージャスなショーが始まるみたいでこれも良い感じ。音を耳で聴きながらこういったジャケットを目で楽しむのもイイですね。帯にはサラッと彼女についてのミニ解説が書かれていますので初めての人も安心して聴けるはず。是非手にとってみて下さい。
