近年稀に見る良バンド 風味堂の1st Album
特に渡氏(vo&piano)の歌唱力・演奏力が非常に高く
邦版ビリープレストンといっていいほどのレベル
技術だけの固い音楽になることなく、色付けもしっかりできており
このバンドの個性も十二分に確立できている
楽曲は明るく楽しさが溢れており万人に薦められるものばかり
まだファーストアルバムだというのにキャッチー＆コアな
凄まじい出来、すでに音楽性が完成しているバンド。
メロウ派リスナーに是非とも聴いて頂きたい１枚です

白と黒の鍵盤の上で楽しげに踊る指や、漆黒の闇に静かに響くようなピアノの音、さらにそれを盛り上げるベースとドラム。
最高のバンドの、最高のアルバム！と言ってもいいほど、いろいろな表情が見えるアルバムです。
ピアノの素晴らしさはもちろん、楽曲の完成度、3人のユニゾン？のようながっしり、胸に響く、はまるコーラス、どれをとっても最高です！

そして、風味堂もいろんな味がする。
有線で耳にした「楽園をめざして」が好きになり、このアルバムを購入。そして、見事にはまった！
一番のお気に入りは「ナキムシのうた」。何度聴いても泣いてしまう。だから車の運転中には向かない、けど聴いてしまうのだ。
「眠れぬ夜のひとりごと」、こんな相方が欲すい。ん？でも実際いたらそれはそれで大変か？！
仕事帰りは「散歩道」を歌いながら帰るのがお気に入り。英語はうろ覚えだけど・・・。
ワタリくんの詩の世界って不思議。せつなくて泣けるものから、アダルト路線もの、男心もあれば女性目線のものも違和感がない。
ライヴは楽しそうだなぁ、行ってみたいなぁ・・・。
風味堂のいろんな味が堪能できる一枚。
星５つ！！
