ネット、お店で色々探していましたが、この商品と同じ価格帯のものはほとんど厚さ３mm。
なのでこちらの商品の説明書きも半信半疑で、ほんとに６mm？違ったら即返品してやる！と思っていました。
が、本当に６mm！心置きなくヨーガや運動が出来そうですー。

自宅でピラティスをしようと思い購入しました。
こちらでの評価を読みある程度覚悟はしていましたが、結局３日晩外に干し（一日は夜中、雨にも当たったようです）、ようやく家の中に入れられる程度になりましました。ニオイという点ではファブリーズも効果があるのかもしれませんが、揮発物質（？）がすごい。立位での使用ならいいのですが、横になってマットに顔を近づけるようなポーズだといまだに目がチカチカします。呼吸が大切なのに、息をしたくない気分です。
厚さという点でもちょっと床を感じてしまうのでバスタオルを一枚上に引いて使っています。すべりどめという役割でしたら十分です。
全く使えないというわけではありませんので、ヨガマットを試してみたくて、ホルムアルデヒドが抜けるまで干し続けるという手間をかけても良いという方なら、お値段もお安いですし、最初のお試しの一枚にいいと思います。

ヨガを始めるのにマットもいるかなぁぐらいで買いましたが、使ってみるとなくてはできないことに気づきました。床では痛いし、ベッドの上では安定しないし、このほどよいクッション感覚のマットのお陰でヨガを３日坊主にせずに続けられています。
