◆作り方のコツ

１．キッチンペーパーを使用しスライスした材料表面の水分をふき取ります。
２．専用のホルダーに並べ電子レンジでまず５〜７分ほど加熱します。
３．一旦電子レンジから取り出しホルダーより上に出ている部分が乾燥して
　　いるようであればホルダーから１枚ずつ取り出し上下を逆に並べ替えます。
４．さらに電子レンジで３〜５分程度加熱すると全体が均一に乾燥しパリッと
　　した感じになります。
５．ホルダーから取り出し電子レンジに均一にならべ更に１〜３分加熱すると
　　全体が均一に茶色になり焦げ目がつきます。

電子レンジの出力により時間を調整すると上手に出来ると思います。

◆感想

油を使わずにヘルシーなチップスが出来るのは良いのですが、一度に２４枚程度
しか出来ないのでもう少し多く出来たら便利です。
出来上がってもあっという間に食べてしまいます。

６月９日の日経新聞のプラスワン３面に写真付き記事が載っていましたが途中で
裏返していないため上部だけが黒く焦げていました。
途中で裏返さないと片方だけが焦げると同時に専用ホルダーから取り出しにくく
なります。

早速作ってみました。
最初は失敗するかもと覚悟をしていましたが、簡単にうまく出来ました。強いて言えば、ポテトをセットするときにあまりに真ん中に寄せすぎて、中央側にだけキツネ色が付きすぎてしまったことかな（焦げてはいませんが）でもほんとにパリパリです。
出来上がってからだと塩のつきが悪いので、チンする前に塩水に少しつけると良いですよ。
カロリーとか気になる方にはとっても重宝する逸品です。
星４つにしたのは、説明書があまりにシンプルで、レシピ等を少しでものせてほしかったということで…。

油を使わないポテトチップスが簡単にできます！
いくらか試行錯誤が必要ですが、それも楽しみとして捉えましょう。

ジャガイモ10個分ほど作って食べた感想ですが、ポテチのおいしさの半分以上は食用油で出来ています。

この商品で作ったポテチもベクトルの違うおいしさがあるんですけどね（ジャガイモの出来にに大きく左右されます）
