スターソルジャーですが、近年の弾幕ＳＴＧほどではないものの、敵の攻撃はなかなか激しいものになっています。
しかし、一定間隔で使い放題の特殊ショット(射程短い)で弾を消すことができるので、これをうまく使えば一般的な人でもクリアできる範囲かと思います。
ＰＳＰを縦持ちしてプレイするのは、思ったほど違和感ありませんでした。良い感じです。
気になる点も多いですが、かなり安くなっていますしお買い得と思います。
戦国キャノンと比べるとこっちのほうが好きです。

以下、気になった点
１．画面外横から突然高速で現れた敵機の体当たりでやられる。
　フルパワーアップの5方向ショットでも側面は手薄なので、あっさりやられます。
　スターソルジャーらしいですが、敵機との接触がミスにならない仕様にしても良かったのでは・・・
２．ちょっと地味かも、もう少し派手な攻撃、ボンバーなんかが欲しかった。
３．画面一番下に密着できない。自機１機分と同じ位の幅の移動不能範囲があります。
　この範囲が弾除けに使えないことに気をつけてプレイしなければならず、結構不快です。
４．ステージの差があまり感じられない。
　ボスのみの最終ステージを含めて、全１０ステージありますが、ステージの個性のようなものがあまり感じられませんでした。

１９８６年、まだ家庭用コンピューターゲームがゲームらしく、大人に見向きもされず、子供のおもちゃとさげすまされていた頃、子供たちの心を熱くした、伝説のゲームが誕生した。
当時、高橋名人の１６連射と共に一世を風靡したこのソフトは、全国キャラバンファミコン大会が開催され、頂点を目指して宿題そっちのけで子供たちも僕も精進した。

あのころから、その激ムズさは全く変わっていない。
現在では、通信環境の発達で、キャラバンをする必要がなく、オンラインでスコアを競うことが出来るようになったのだが、やはり、あの歓声と盛り上がりは忘れられない。
イベントで知り合った子供たちが友達を作ることは、オンラインでは絶対に出来ないことだ。
小学館は、昔、流行のホビーのイベントを個々に開いていたが、経費の節減のためか、次世代ワールドホビーフェアでひとくくりにする傾向が出てきた。
今の子供たちに、ゲームの本当の楽しさを、もう一度教えてあげてほしいと、つくづく思う。

あのスターソルジャーの新作です。
なんと本体を縦に持ってプレイするようなので
（移動は十字キー、ショットはRだそうです）
その操作感がどれだけのものか見てみたいです。

懐かしい響きのキャラバンモードもあるらしくて
今から期待しています。
