アイアムファーザーを聴いた。ウルッときた。俺もオヤジになったもんだ。
家族の事を唄っていたので、耳にスーと入ってきた。
アルバムを買った。ライヴにも行った。高校の時から浜田省吾を聴いているが、ライヴは初だった。
若い・・・若いぞ、浜田省吾さん。
５０のオヤジに元気づけられる俺は、まだ４０の親父だった。
大人のための”MyFirstLove”。
昔聴いたアルバムとは一味違う味だった。

父親が持つ光と影の部分を二つの曲でよくあらわしていると思う。
でも、思うに「花火」の父親の中にも「I am a Father」なぶぶんてきっとある。
ここ数年の彼のモチーフ「若いときに見た夢と現実は違ったものになってるけど、
俺達は精一杯生きていく」がよくわかるんじゃないかな。
My First Loveって言う甘く切ない題名に期待して
「ちがうやん、これ」って思ってる人も多いかもしれないけど、
聴くたびに何かを感じさせてくれる佳曲が詰まった名盤です。
間違えて買ってよかったと思うよ、きっと。

やっと出ました出てくれました。待ちに待ったオリジナルニューアルバム。
中学生の時初めて聞いてファンになってから約２０年、その間一度として
裏切られることなくすばらしい楽曲を提供し続けてくれました。そして今回も。
ただ音のノリだけで中身の薄い（それはそれで良いのでしょうけど）最近の
ヒットしているミュージシャン達に飽きていたり、何か物足りなさを感じていたら
どうか聞いてみてください。そして以前のアルバムも聞いてください。
永い年月を経ても色褪せることない本物がそこにあります。
