るるぶガイドブックのＤＶＤ版という感覚で見ると物足りないかも
しれません。ノースショアがはいっていたりするのはうれしいですが
ハナウマなどのポイントがはいっていなかったり・・・
各々の映像を短くしても、レストランなどの映像や基本的観光
スポットを入れて欲しかったです。でもこれから行く人、
私のように１年ハワイの景色を待てない人には○。欲を言えば
ＢＧＭをハワイアンにして欲しかった・・・　ナレーションが入っていないので、音を消して自分の好みのハワイアンを流して見ればいいかも。

前作のビデオ版がとてもよかったので購入したが期待はずれ．きっとあまりハワイに思い入れのない人が「新ハワイ像」をイメージして作ったのではないかなと思う．新しいハワイを伝えたかったのかもしれないが，ハワイのDVDを買う人はそこに「ハワイ」を求めているのです．お店や工房を長々と（きっとるるぶのスポンサーでしょうが）流されても有料で購入している客には迷惑なだけ．新しい物に変えたいという製作者の意図はわかりますが，古い良さを残す勇気も持ってほしかった．
前作では，他の国のるるぶビデオシリーズも欲しいと思ったが，今回のDVDでは，他を買う気は起きません．そんな程度です．

ハワイな週末をDVDでささやかに楽しむつもりでしたが、
微妙な画質と早送りできないAVのような仕様に萎えました。
本編始まるまで、やたら長いし。買うんじゃなかったです。
