このCDの選曲は、メフィストフェレスの肖像という教典（アルバムの意）がベースになっていて、全体的に独特の悪魔っぽさがにじみ出ています。うーん、やっぱり生音源だと迫力が違いますね。あと、特筆すべきは、THE MONSTERS' RHYTHM BATTLE、器楽協奏曲「死の舞踏」が収録されている点。聖飢魔IIの根っこを支えるリズム隊のパワフルなプレイを、是非ご堪能あれ！

人気、実力、知名度とも２０世紀最高峰のサブカルチャーとして君臨した伝説のグループの秘蔵“生”音源を特別発布”

曲と曲の間の信者の「ワーーー」って声が切れてるのがちょっと不満ですが、曲目もいいのがそろっているし信者なら買いです。
もちろん今まで聞いたことない人にも、おススメ。

いかに秀逸なLIVE BANDだったかを思い知れ！

久しぶりに聞く聖飢魔IIサウンドです。

ドラムソロ等の構成員（メンバー）のソロ演奏も入っていて、
もしかしたら解散前よりもサービスがいいのではないでしょうか？
ちょうど
「悪魔のメリークリスマス（青春編）」という小教典（シングル）の
発布（発売）時期だったこともあり、その曲の前説（？）を宣うデーモン小暮閣下も必聴かと思います。

できれば映像もあるとよかったのに、
と思うのは欲張りすぎなんでしょうか？
