5.0 out of 5 stars 劇的でカラフル、まとまったアルバム, 2006/7/23
OPの“Lil' Crazy”“Party Down”で度肝を抜かれた。これがw-inds.?と思わず唸る。そこで一気に引き込まれ、“キレイだ”“夏空の恋の詩”“四季”と爽やかなw-inds.ワールドを展開させリスナーを安心、そして私達をしっかり掴んで来る。その後タイトル曲“ageha”。コーラスが良い。慶太君の声の伸びも心地好くその迫力に圧倒される。遂にw-inds.もここまで来たか、と感慨深い気持ちになっているとまた“song 4 U”“夢の場所へ”“変わりゆく空”など彼らの初期を思い起こさせる様な清々しいゾーンへと突入。そして究めつけは“タイムマシーン”と“Gift”。“タイムマシーン”は、ここまで荒々しいシャウトをするw-inds.を見た事が無く、腰を抜かせてしまった程。“Gift”は彼らの一番優しく切ない部分を閉じ込めた季節感溢れる曲。慶太君の優しく温かいボーカルに包まれながら今まで自分が歩いて来た道を振り返り、じわじわ押し寄せて来るものがある。
全体的に見て今までで一番ストーリー性が強く、カラフルで劇的なアルバムではないだろうか。アイドルアイドルした甘ったるいw-inds.はそこになく、かなりアーティスト色が強いアルバムだと思う。捨て曲が一曲もないし、全部シングルでもいいんじゃないの?と思うくらい一曲一曲に存在感があるのに凄くまとまっており、とにかく最初から最後まで飽きない。“Gift”まで行くとまた“Lil'Crazy”まで戻って聴きたくなる、そんな楽しくて濃いアルバム。
慶太君のボーカルも発声法を変えたのかかなり安定してきた印象を受けた。曲によってこんなにも表情を変えられるボーカリストもなかなか居ない。
音楽家も様々で、w-inds.の魅力をよく掴んでるな、という印象。物凄く幅広いジャンルをこなしているため男性にもウケるんじゃないだろうか。

前作以上に冒険しているなぁと感じましたが、夏にアルバムを出すのが始めてということもあり、
今まで以上にはじけてるアルバムだと思います。
シングル曲が多いということもありますが、すごく聞きやすいと思います。
ベスト後に出すオリジナルアルバムとしては上出来ではないかな。

今までとは違い、ロックもあればバラードもあり。歌い方も感情がこもっていて最高です。何回聞いても飽きないし、もっともっと好きになってくるはずです。いろんなジャンルの曲があるので、是非、いろんな人にこのアルバムを聞いてほしいです。歌詞もすんごく良いので共感できます。特にLil' crazyは変わっていて引き込まれます。Party Downはノリがよく格好いいです。四季はもちろん詞も曲調も切なくて最高。タイムマシーンは勢いがあり、何回聞いても飽きないし上手です。Giftは歌詞がとてもキレイで歌声もキレイ。聞いてみる価値ありです！！
