私が使用しているのは一昔前の17-35/2.8LUSM用のEW-83C2です。現在型落ちしていますが同等品です。機能的にはフードの内側に植毛され，まったく問題ありません。広角レンズは画角が広く，撮影範囲内に光源が入りやすいため，フレアやゴーストの防止にはフードは必須です。このフードは効果が高いのですが，製品の形状を見られるとおり，直線部がありませんので，レンズ交換の際にテーブル等に置くと安定しません。落下等に十分ご注意ください。
