忌野清志郎のソロや他のユニットとは違いRCサクセションだけは何回聞いても聞き飽きないのは不思議…。

特筆すべきはノイローゼ・ダンシング (CHABOは不眠症)、マリコがやっと手軽にCDで聞けるようになった事!!…その上オリジナルよりも格段に音質が向上!!…あまりオリジナル盤の音質が良くなかったLONELY NIGHT (NEVER NEVER)、すべてはALRIGHT(YA BABY)はファンなら必聴です!!

ただ星５つを付けられないのは選曲に少し不満かも…古いファンだとお思いでしょうが、Single Versionが不思議のみは非常に残念、ひそかにOh!Baby、LONELY NIGHT、Naughty BoyのSingle Verを期待していたのは私だけでは無いはず!!…いつまでこの路線で引っ張るのでしょうか？ 窓の外は雪、ダンスパーティ、おはようダーリン、春うらら、サマーロマンス…これらを聞けるのに後５年は待たされるのでしょうか…。

最後にNaughty Boyを聴いてRCサクセションの解散とかぶり複雑になった20年来のファンでした…。

姉妹ベスト盤『Wonderful Days』でも書きましたが今回リマスターを担当したLeon Zervosの仕事振りは手放しで賞賛に値します。

大袈裟では無く今までのRCのCDの音源とは全く別物と捉えて間違いありません。
ましてやLPしか聴いてなかった人はひっくり返るでしょう。

こちらは81年〜90年までの後期を纏めたベストですが曲順もリリース順では無く並び方だけでも新鮮な印象は大きいです。

それにしてもこのロックの覇王となり得た時期のRCの威風堂々とした佇まいは何でしょう。
例え様がありませんね。

そして何度も念を押しますがLeon Zervosのリマスターの凄さ。

ベスト盤とはこうあるべき、という信念に貫かれた仕事です。

もちろんRC以前にもロックバンドは居たわけですけれども、あえて日本の最初のロックバンドといいたいです。最初にRCを聴いた時の衝撃はまだ忘れられい。突然「不良の世界」に連れていかれます。異次元体験でした。エレキギター買ったのもチャボのギターと同じ音を自分で出してみたい！と思ったからです。当時のラジカセで聴いていたときから思っていたけどRCは音がいい！本アルバムで再確認。海外で作ったなんて話は僕の記憶ではないので音作りにはかなり苦心して念入りに作られたのでしょう。
　また、最後の曲涙モノです。疲れている方、限界を感じてる方、何かに挫折した方、詩人忌野清四郎が励ましてくれるはずです。
